REVIGOR Policies

REVIGOR accepts Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. If you prefer to pay by check, please make cashier's check or money order out to REVIGOR and mail to 28 West Street, Petaluma, California 94952 with your order. Be sure to include your name, phone, address, item name, description, size and price as well as the items your REVIGOR piece will need to be produced.

Please indicate if you want any of the unused garments or remnants sent back with your custom piece. Its best to contact REVIGOR by email first before sending order to verify information. orders@revigor.us Shipping: REVIGOR ships via Priority Mail. Orders will take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling is $15 for one item and $20 for two. Please note if you request the unused garments and remnants to be returned with your order that will count as an additional item to ship.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please refer to to Panel Design Process to insure proper sizing. Each REVIGOR piece is made to order, so returns are only allowed on items that were damaged in shipping. Each REVIGOR piece is made by hand produce using your provided clothing. Quality discrepancies due to items sent by clients are usually very minimal, but should be expected and will not qualify as a factor for returning the garment. Overall, the best possible quality that can be produced with the clothing provided, at the price points offered for one-of-a-kind garments is achieved.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to faulty items used to produce the REVIGOR piece or once in client's possession. If REVIGOR piece is damaged in shipping and qualifies for return, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. When you return a REVIGOR piece, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

If the item does not fit correctly (please review Panel Design Process) alterations are available upon request and billed hourly. It is REVIGOR’s intention for you to be thrilled with your fabulous REVIGOR piece and we will do all in our power to work with you. Contact orders@revigor.us.
